Mr. Vijay Surana J
Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Vijay Surana J has been associated with our Company since March 29, 2012, and currently serves as the Chairman and Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Madras, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bangalore University. He has also successfully completed a Management Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, overall management, and business development of our Company. Mr. Surana has over 20 years of experience in the field of real estate. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Surana Finance Corporation in the area of hire purchase and with Shri Vijay Enterprises in bullion trading. He was associated with M/s. Grand Magnum Housing Private Limited as Promoter & Director. As a Promoter of Grand Group, Mr. Surana has demonstrated leadership in the real estate sector. He has also been the promoter & director of Group Companies of Grand Housing.
Mr. Suyash Surana
Whole-time Director
Mr. Suyash Surana has been associated with our Company since September 09, 2020, and currently serves as a Whole-time Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FLAME University, Pune. He is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, He is primarily responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Sales & CRM functions of our Company. Mr. Suyash Surana has over 5 years of experience in the land development industry.
Non-Executive Independent Director
Ms. Chavi Jain
Chavi Jain is a Non-executive Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since April 08, 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Flame University, Pune. She has no previous experience in the land development industry. She was previously associated with Grazia India as Digital Media Intern & Author. She is also associated with 5W1H creative solutions as a Brand Strategist for India’s first Protein – Aquatein.
She is primarily responsible for providing guidance on the communications, branding, and marketing functions of our Company.
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Ajit Kumar Chordia
Mr. Ajit Kumar Chordia has been associated with our Company since May 2, 2025, as a Non-Executive Independent Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University and brings over 40 years of experience across automobile retail, real estate development, investments, and renewable energy. He is the promoter of the Khivraj and Olympia Groups and has served on the boards of listed companies such as Arihant Securities Limited and National Plastic Technologies Limited. Mr. Chordia has also held leadership roles with CREDAI, IGBC, and currently serves as Chairman of CII, Chennai Zone.

Mr. Sanjay Dhariwal Mandanwal
Mr. Sanjay Dhariwal has been associated with our Company as a Non-Executive Independent Director since May 2, 2025. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant since 1993 and a fellow member of the ICAI. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bangalore University and has completed a certification in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard University. Mr. Dhariwal is the Founder Partner of Dhariwal & Sreenivas, where he heads the Indirect Tax division, advising corporates and multinationals across industries. With over three decades of experience, he has been a frequent speaker, author of multiple publications on taxation, and an advisor to the Government of India on GST law.

Ms. Iyengar Shubharanjani
Ms. Shubharanjani Ananth has been associated with our Company as a Non-Executive Independent Director since May 2, 2025. She is an Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) degree from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. With practice and appearances in Chennai, Mumbai, and New Delhi, her core competence lies in litigation and dispute resolution.
