Ms. Iyengar Shubharanjani has been associated with our Company as a Non-Executive Independent Director since May 2, 2025. She is an Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) degree from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. With practice and appearances in Chennai, Mumbai, and New Delhi, her core competence lies in litigation and dispute resolution.
