Mr. Sanjay Dhariwal Madanlal has been associated with our Company as a Non-Executive Independent Director since May 2, 2025. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant since 1993 and a fellow member of the ICAI. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bangalore University and has completed a certification in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard University. Mr. Dhariwal is the Founder Partner of Dhariwal & Sreenivas, where he heads the Indirect Tax division, advising corporates and multinationals across industries. With over three decades of experience, he has been a frequent speaker, author of multiple publications on taxation, and an advisor to the Government of India on GST law.
